I have killed probably 25 deer with this rifle from 30 yards out to 250 yards. I like the fact that it has a slightly heavy barrel because there really isn''t any kick. Also, the barrel is fairly short and really allows me to get into and out of my camo net covered stand easier. The rifle really is awsome for me. I really wouldn''t want to drag a really expensive rifle around in the swamp lands where I hunt anyway. Great price for a great shooter. The trigger works fine but really needs a little work. I had a friend smooth mine out for me and my shot group way less than .5 moa with Hornady Superformance 139gr ammo.
